A four-phase plan was executed: 1) kickoff with listening, storytelling, and storyboard validation; 2) rapid AI-driven production of multiple video variants; 3) professional editing, color grading, and audio to ensure broadcast-ready quality; 4) deployment across OTT, social, and localized campaigns with ongoing analytics to optimize performance and guide future investments. The arrangement included a 90-day contract with milestones and rights to use the content across platforms, positioning Extinct Male for scalable, sustained growth.
